This role acts as a business-facing analyst, providing support for Field Marketing and Marketing Automation initiatives. The position involves supporting Agent Marketing Tools, field web platforms, and marketing automation capabilities. It requires partnering with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, and translating marketing and field-facing needs into actionable backlog items for technology and delivery teams. The analyst will also support campaign execution, testing, and delivery optimization in collaboration with Martech and Adobe/SFMC teams, and work closely with Development Leads, Tech Analysts, and QA to ensure accurate implementation. Participation in release planning, UAT coordination, and production readiness activities is also expected, along with providing status updates, metrics, and reporting to program leadership, and ensuring solutions align with governance, compliance, and field enablement standards.
