About The Position
This position is for a Tech Aide in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 50-bed unit providing critical care for newborns, including premature and full-term infants requiring specialty care. The unit serves infants from birth to discharge, and some infants are transferred from other hospitals. A large multidisciplinary team partners with parents to provide quality nursing and medical care. This role has zero patient contact and focuses on stocking and managing inventory supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Completion of Corewell Health EC Student Co-op program, or high school diploma or equivalent required
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support required

Responsibilities
- Assist the patient care team in stocking and manages inventory supplies/equipment in the NICU.
- Communicates supply and equipment status and needs to nursing leadership.
