Requirements

• High school diploma with 4-6 years’ experience in a lab or regulated technical environment
• Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong computer skills; ability to generate technical documentation
• Skilled in executing technical tasks and maintaining lab equipment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field
• 1-2 years’ experience in a laboratory or R&D environment
• Ability to train lower-level technicians
• Effective cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and manipulate technical data including laboratory test results and engineering design changes
• Produce and update engineering documents, reports, flow charts, and schematics
• Prepare concise reports and perform quantitative data analysis
• Complete technical tasks and provide hands-on support to engineers
• Assist with lab equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance
• Help develop prototype processes, execute test protocols, and conduct product testing
• Accurately document and communicate test results
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures; handle test samples and chemicals safely
• Notify supervisors of project-impacting factors
