Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4–6 years’ hands-on lab or regulated technical experience
• Demonstrated ability in following written procedures and collaborating within a team
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Proficient with personal computers and standard office software

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field
• 1–2 years’ experience in a laboratory or R&D environment
• Ability to develop solutions to routine technical problems
• Experience training junior technicians
• Skilled in cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and manipulate technical data from laboratory tests and engineering design changes
• Generate engineering documentation, such as reports, flowcharts, schematics, and diagrams
• Conduct quantitative analysis and prepare technical summaries
• Provide direct technical support to engineers and project leaders
• Assist with equipment scoping, qualification, and routine lab functions (calibration, safety, maintenance)
• Identify and promptly communicate project-impacting factors to supervisors or team leads
• Contribute to prototype process development and test setup
• Execute test protocols, handle test samples, and document results with precision
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
