About The Position
This position is for a TEAMS Teacher within Madison City Schools, open only to current Madison City Schools employees. The teacher will be responsible for teaching approved math and/or science courses in grades 6-12. The role requires a valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate or Alternate Certificate in Middle Level Math or Science OR Secondary Level Math, Science or computer science. Additionally, the teacher must hold a valid advanced certification or credential, or obtain one within 3 or 6 years depending on teaching experience.
Requirements
- Only current Madison City Schools employees are eligible.
- Hold a valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate or Alternate Certificate in Middle Level Math or Science OR Secondary Level Math, Science or computer science.
- Hold a valid advanced certification or credential.
Nice To Haves
- Dependent upon teaching experience level, obtain a specialized certification or credential within 3 or 6 years.
