About The Position

The Consultant will define, configure, and implement Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management to support the client's product lifecycle management, CAMEO integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The role works with business stakeholders, systems engineers, and PLM teams to establish requirements processes and configure requirement specifications, structures, attributes, statuses, workflows, and access controls. It enables traceability among requirements, product structures, design data, verification evidence, changes, and configurations within Teamcenter.

The work includes requirements elicitation, solution and data-model design, import and migration planning, workflow and template configuration, testing, training, deployment support, and alignment with engineering and regulatory requirements. Typical deliverables include solution design and configuration specifications; requirements data models, attributes, templates, and structures; workflow and access-control configurations; traceability models and matrices; import or migration plans; test and deployment materials; user training and administrator documentation; and solution architecture, deployment, and support recommendations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter data models, preferences, templates, and configuration.
• Experience with requirements specification, decomposition, allocation, and baselining.
• Knowledge of requirements traceability to product structures, design data, verification, and change objects.
• Knowledge of requirements import, migration, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of workflow, review, approval, and release process configuration.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering and MBSE process alignment.
• Knowledge of Change and Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of requirements verification, validation, and compliance reporting.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, testing, and user training.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter deployment, security, and lifecycle best practices.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and implement Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management.
• Work with business stakeholders, systems engineers, and PLM teams to establish requirements processes.
• Configure requirement specifications, structures, attributes, statuses, workflows, and access controls.
• Enable traceability between requirements, product structures, design data, verification evidence, changes, and configurations.
• Conduct requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops or discovery sessions.
• Design the solution and requirements data model.
• Plan requirements data import and migration, including mapping and validation.
• Configure workflows, templates, reviews, approvals, releases, and access controls.
• Support testing, acceptance criteria development, deployment readiness, and deployment.
• Provide user training, administrator documentation, and adoption materials.
• Align the solution with engineering, Systems Engineering, MBSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide solution architecture, deployment, and support recommendations.
