About The Position

We are currently reviewing applications for a Team Trainer position on second shift (3:00pm - 11:30 pm). The Team Trainer will report to the Human Resource Generalist. This position will have the following principal accountabilities: Performs translation duties. Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety. Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements. Completes new team member orientation. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bilingual
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal
  • The ability to read, translate and demonstrate job specifications to new employees.
  • Thorough knowledge (or the ability to learn) of the data collection system/bar code labeling equipment.
  • Familiarity (or the ability to learn) with the operation of packaging machines and other mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to work different shifts when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
