Requirements

Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
Clear FBI/BCI background check
Bachelor’s degree or higher, required
Valid and active Ohio teaching license/certification, required
Strong understanding of instructional strategies and student learning needs
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to plan lessons and implement interventions through the RtI process
Provide whole group, small group, and individualized instruction based on student needs
Support differentiated instruction within the classroom
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data for RtI goals
Work closely with teachers and intervention specialists to support diverse learners
Communicate effectively with faculty and parents regarding student progress
Participate in professional development and team collaboration
