Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Two or more years of direct care experience in a residential or psychiatric setting; or Two or more years of management experience; or An equivalent combination of education, management, and direct care experience.
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership to direct care staff, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for clients.
Lead, coach, and support direct care staff during each shift.
Promote a physically and emotionally safe, trauma-informed environment.
Conduct team huddles and shift turnovers to communicate client needs and treatment goals.
Mentor employees through observation, feedback, and ongoing training.
Manage scheduling, staffing, time approvals, performance evaluations, and accountability.
Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies.
Monitor client safety, treatment engagement, and program quality.
Coordinate staffing based on program needs throughout the shift.
Provide leadership during crisis intervention and emergency situations.
Foster a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
