About The Position

As a Team Supervisor (TS), you lead the shift to ensure it stays on track and help deliver memorable customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site and running the shift, you drive execution and make key decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role includes supporting customer interactions, coordinating food and beverage service, directing Associates, enforcing policies, and managing inventory and cash procedures.

Associates in this position have the opportunity to opt into a four-day work week. The hourly range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $2.00 shift differential is provided for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
