About The Position

Team Supervisor for Housing services oversees Housing Opportunities through Meaningful Embedded Services (HOMES) CCBHC team with a focus on consumers in permanent supportive housing. Team Supervisor provides continued housing stability to consumers with ongoing identified needs. Consumers in this population may present with high needs and barriers to resources and services. Team will serve adult clients, age 18 and older, that are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder. Team will provide a combination of office and/or field-based services with potential transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles as determined by needs of consumers and/or program.

Requirements

Licensed as LPC, LCSW, LADC, LMFT or under supervision for license, with 3-5 years clinical experience.
Will also consider candidates with Bachelors degree in mental health with 5+ years experience in the field or Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty.
Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.
