About The Position

This role involves various hands-on tasks within the Mold Center, focusing on the preparation, finishing, and packaging of products. Responsibilities include detailed finishing work, assembly, cleaning, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring quality control. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others.
Ability to demonstrate basic computer, math and computation skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Regular attendance is required for the ability complete all work.
Requires face-to-face interaction with team members, peers and management to complete all work and provide support.
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week (overtime) if needed based on business demand.

Responsibilities

Benching: including deburring, buffing, cleaning, filing, etc.
Tumbling
Cycling molds
Detail finish work including painting, buffing, gluing and cleaning
General benching/deburring
Bracket and Gen assembly
Packaging/shipping
Cleaning including pipe cleaning/benching guides, tumbling/cleaning tumbler, ultra-sonic cleaning
Laser engraver operation
Follow safe work habits and instructions
Perform quality control inspections for all products and equipment, document results, and communicate defects as necessary.
Follows SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) that govern all workload as well as those specific to each department and procedure.
