Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Team Shop at Neyland & Lindsey Nelson Stadium and licensed merchandise locations at all University of Tennessee athletic events. Coordinates VolShop events staff involvement in major events such as Graduation, marketing activations, and other on- and off-campus functions. Manages staffing, merchandising, POS registers, and inventory control. Provides leadership and training to student supervisors and 50 Student Retailers. Collaborates with buyers and the distribution center to maintain stock levels and pick merchandise for locations. Sets operation hours and frequently work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
