No two days look the same. One moment, you’re advising on a complex employee relations matter; the next, you’re diving into HR analytics to uncover trends that will drive smarter decisions. As a Team Services HR Generalist at Trinity Logistics, you’re more than an HR professional—you’re a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a key driver of organizational growth. You’ll play a central role in fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and excellence, all while helping teams perform at their very best. Requirements

  • Has 5–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Brings strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development
  • Is confident using HRIS systems and data
  • Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Builds trust easily and can influence at all levels of an organization
  • Is open to occasional travel
  • Is ideally based in the Midwest

  • Holds (or is interested in obtaining) HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple regions
  • Oversee compliance programs, audits, and documentation processes
  • Support team member development by identifying skill gaps and recommending growth opportunities
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to help attract and retain top talent
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions
  • Lead change management initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
  • Team Members will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as requested
