About The Position

Apex Service Partners has an amazing HR Generalist opportunity. Be a part of the team laying the foundation for a people business that will disrupt an industry! You will work in all aspects of Human Resources, truly making a difference in our most important asset, our people! This is a Hybrid role. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Wednesdays) based in either Dallas (preferred) Tampa, FL. Reporting directly to the Manager of Employee Services (HR), the selected candidate will lead and support multiple regions across the country. In this role, you will become a SME on all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy while developing process standards. Functional knowledge in ADP Workforce Now such as Payroll, Time and Attendance, Paid Time off, Benefits, Onboarding, etc. You will need to have very strong analytical skills, a desire to be a strong business partner, ability to build and translate reporting into actionable results for the business. Lastly, you will also serve as the ongoing SME supporting 130+ existing businesses and assist with building efficient processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ Human Resources Experience, minimum 2 years in HR Analyst role
  • Technical expertise, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
  • A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
  • Supporting non-traditional complex org structures, with high volume M&A events.
  • Leveraging technology to enhance HR processes through tools such as – ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, with the ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with executives while also supporting multiple regions across the country
  • Incredibly well organized, productive, and autonomous
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to build reports (Excel) with actionable outputs to drive the business forward.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data management, with a strong track record of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data
  • Interpreting measurable actions from processes, by analyzing data to impact outcomes
  • Taking initiative and applying creative solutions to get the job done
  • Understanding and respecting the importance of confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key HR metrics
  • Identify trends and provide insights to support the business objective.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity through audits across all HR systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert with ability to solve issues quickly, refine and rollout SOP’s.
  • Facilitate all new hire onboarding for Dallas and Tampa.
