About The Position
Rally House is a specialty retail store focused on local and team apparel and gifts, expanding nationwide with over 300 stores. The company is seeking a part-time Team Sales Lead who is passionate about sports and fashion to energize the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role involves driving results, setting a positive tone, and supporting fellow associates. Key responsibilities include leading by example, coaching new hires, and managing visual standards and daily priorities to ensure smooth store operations. Team Sales Leads also support store leadership with operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention. Rally House emphasizes creating an environment that connects fans and communities through their passion for teams.
