About The Position

The Team Lead at our TimeVallée store in Royalmount will be responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury retail.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of luxury products and brands.
Strong team player
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong Knowledge of English & French
Proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with management to set the wheels in motion to achieve the sales plan each month.
Take charge of store operations in the absence of management.
Handle performance evaluations if needed.
Develop meaningful relationships with each client.
Business development, customer relations and promotion of the store within the community.
Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously.
Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront.
