About The Position

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious food items in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Prepare food items according to Burger King's standards and recipes, including grilling burgers, frying, and assembling sandwiches.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns politely and efficiently.
