About The Position

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food items in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide correct change.
Prepare food and beverage products according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling, frying, and assembling burgers and other menu items.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and order accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
