Responsibilities

Greet guests energetically and with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's.
Ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system.
Process orders efficiently.
Handle credit cards, rewards cards and cash with focus and precision.
Prepare and present food according to company specifications.
Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling team members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training team members.
