About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives and pizza makers with strong people skills. Team members prepare, bake, and serve pizzas and process customer orders. Schedules are described as flexible around employees’ needs, with part-time and full-time opportunities and potential for advancement, including into management. Most shifts are between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m.; weekend work is mandatory. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The work environment includes exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather while taking out trash or performing other outdoor tasks; temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or above in some work areas; sudden temperature changes; food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped spaces such as a walk-in cooler; and hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to operate all equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Make accurate monetary change.
