About The Position

Slim Chickens is hiring a Team Member for the morning shift at its Prosperity Ridge location in Charlotte, NC. Team Members gain experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions, preparing to fill roles as needed. After training, employees are placed in a role that best suits their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Positions include Front of House roles such as Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, and Expeditor (Expo), and Back of House roles such as Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. The position offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Scholarships are available. Responsibilities

Gain experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions.
