About The Position

Slim Chickens is hiring a Team Member for its MLK location in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Team Members gain experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions and, after training, are placed in a role suited to their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Positions may include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, Expeditor (Expo), Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. Training is provided for specific closing duties and procedures. The location closes at 2:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 3:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday, so the position may include closing shifts. Responsibilities

Work in Front and Back of House positions as needed, including Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, Expeditor (Expo), Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, or QB.
After training, perform the role best suited to the employee’s skills and the restaurant’s needs.
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
Perform closing duties and procedures when assigned, following provided training.
