SEASONAL TEAM MEMBER
About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring seasonal Team Members for the summer season. Team Members help create a positive guest experience by welcoming guests, representing the brand, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean bakery environment. The role suits people who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and helping make guests’ mornings brighter. Schedules and hours vary according to operational requirements and business needs. The position may involve early starts, as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekend work. Team Members will not work past 3 p.m. Employment is contingent on business needs and performance. There may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent role. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
