About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring seasonal Team Members to work during the summer season. Team Members help create a welcoming, positive guest experience and promote the brand. They provide excellent guest service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and help maintain a safe and clean bakery environment. Work schedules and hours vary based on operational requirements and business needs. The role may have potential to transition to a permanent position.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable from the moment they enter the bakery.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
