About The Position

7 Leaves Café is a growing coffee shop chain with over 40 locations, founded in 2011. They are dedicated to enriching the human experience through authentically crafted beverages and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Team Member role is crucial in cultivating an incredible customer experience, preparing high-quality products, and fostering a clean and welcoming store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on performance.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
Proficiency in basic math skills
Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals

Responsibilities

Serving customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
Consistently preparing high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups
