About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The role involves ensuring 100% of vehicles are prepped and loaded safely and 100% of daily operational tasks are completed. Key duties include understanding property safety, car wash procedures, and equipment, greeting guests, safely guiding and loading vehicles, using prep guns, performing safety inspections, making equipment adjustments, knowing E-Stop locations, handling incidents, performing vacuum services, participating in closing checklists, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, understanding wash packages and memberships, training new team members, aiding in member visit success rates, and observing the vacuum area for guest satisfaction. The role also requires completing daily shift reports, learning to safely open and close the car wash, using ladders, understanding backroom safety, adhering to company policies, and following safety procedures to avoid exposure to chemicals. Responsibilities also include assisting in cleaning the facility (equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trash cans, and lot) and being willing to work in all weather conditions. The role requires being on your feet 100% of the day and attending all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable on property safety and layouts.
- Knowledgeable of what not to wash.
- Knowledgeable of tunnel equipment.
- Knowledgeable on E-Stop Locations.
- Knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages.
- Able to present our Difference.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow).

- License Plate Recognition//RFID sticker reads.
- Communicates key vehicle information and equipment retracts to crew.
- Is fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% of vehicles are prepped and loaded safely.
- Complete 100% of daily operational tasks.
- Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel.
- Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
- Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process.
- Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate.
- Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash.
- Make key adjustments to car wash equipment.
- Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely.
- Responsible for vacuum service process.
- Participate in the nightly close down checklist.
- Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service.
- Inform all retail guests about Memberships.
- Train new Team Members on approved training modules.
- Aid in member visit success rate.
- Observe vacuum area for guest satisfaction.
- Complete daily shift report to document shift performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized car wash facility.
- Learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership.
- Safely use ladders and engage e-stop while cleaning.
- Learn backroom safety and equipment knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct.
- Follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals.
- Assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trash cans, and lot.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions.
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
