About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The Team Member will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use the bug prep gun, remove mud, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, know E-Stop locations, and handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely. They are responsible for the vacuum service process, participating in the nightly close down checklist, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, and being knowledgeable on single wash packages and memberships. The role involves informing guests about Memberships, presenting the company's Difference, training new Team Members, and aiding in member visit success rate through License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads. Communication of key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, vacuum area observance for guest satisfaction, and knowledge of membership management are also key. The Team Member must be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, complete daily shift reports, maintain a clean and organized car wash facility, and learn to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. This includes safely using ladders, engaging the e-stop while cleaning, and learning backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required. Following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals, and assisting in cleaning the facility (equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot) are essential. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team Members will be on their feet 100% of the day and outside, and must attend all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning.

Responsibilities
