Requirements

Punctuality and a professional appearance (uniforms provided) are non-negotiable
Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift, working outdoors
Must be comfortable speaking with customers and explaining our services clearly
Detail Oriented: You notice the little things, like a piece of trash on the ground or a customer who looks confused, and you act on it

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, etc.) is a plus
No previous car wash experience required—we will train the QuikWash way!

Responsibilities

Guiding customers through the wash process
Maintaining a spotless facility
Earning commissions by selling our Unlimited Wash Club memberships
Actively sell memberships and wash upgrades (Uncapped commission potential!)
Greet every customer with a smile and a professional attitude
Consult with them to recommend the best wash packages for their vehicle
Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel using clear hand signals and strict safety protocols
Maintain "pride of ownership" over the facility. This includes keeping the lot, tunnel, and vacuum areas spotless and free of debris
Work closely with the manager and other crew members to keep the line moving efficiently during rush hours
