About The Position

The Team Member is a hands-on, fast-moving role working across the lot, wash tunnel, and vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, support site operations, and help provide a positive customer experience. The work is physical and active, often outdoors, with responsibilities spanning customer service and sales, wash operations, site upkeep, and opening and closing tasks. A 60-day structured certification program is provided.

Requirements

Be physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Demonstrate ownership, initiative, curiosity, a positive attitude, and a team-first approach.
No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service and support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management; handle cancellations and plan changes while supporting the overall member experience.
Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized.
Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues effectively to team members and management.
Engage with customers professionally and encourage Google reviews.
Stock and organize detail centers, maintaining accessibility and inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
