About The Position

We are opening a new cafe in Old Town Alexandria and are looking for engaging individuals with a passion for our menu offerings and a strong focus on guest service to join our team. If you are willing to assist and collaborate within a team, and live and share Life Alive's values and mission, we encourage you to apply. This role involves preparing recipes, stocking stations, communicating product needs, maintaining cleanliness, accommodating guest requests, ensuring high-quality ingredients, and achieving a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.

Responsibilities

Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
Stocks and prepares stations for service.
Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
