About The Position

Eataly is launching its first-ever Eataly Caffè, a fast-paced, vibrant café experience celebrating Italy’s rich coffee culture. We are hiring Team Members and Seasonal Team Members for our locations at Rockefeller Center, Hudson Yards, and Lexington Ave. Team Members are at the heart of the guest experience, crafting espresso drinks, preparing food, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. They rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
