About The Position

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards.
Ensure food freshness, proper portioning, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
