About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members help create a welcoming place to eat by delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver menu items to guests with a smile.
- Work dependably and collaboratively as part of a team.
