About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure each item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, casual, people-first environment focused on exceptional hospitality, guest service, and development. JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states and continues to open additional locations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old, or 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver orders with a smile.
