About The Position

Eataly is launching its first-ever Eataly Caffè, a fast-paced, vibrant café experience celebrating Italy’s rich coffee culture. We are hiring Team Members and Prep Cooks for our locations at Rockefeller Center, Hudson Yards, and Lexington Ave. Team Members will be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. You will rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge. Baristas will craft and serve specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service. Customer Service Associates will engage with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Prep Cooks will prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
