About The Position

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Prepare and serve food items according to Burger King's quality and safety standards.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
• Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
