About The Position
Chick-fil-A is hiring friendly, dependable Team Members for our lunch shift! This opportunity is ideal for parents, college students, or anyone looking for a consistent daytime schedule. Short daytime shifts are scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Most shifts are approximately 3–4½ hours. Both Front of House and Back of House positions are available, with part-time and full-time availability. Sundays are off.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- No previous experience required—we provide training!
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Work efficiently with the team during busy lunch hours
- Prepare fresh, high-quality food
- Follow food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain an organized kitchen
- Work quickly and accurately as part of the kitchen team
