About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. The role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. Team Members are also responsible for keeping a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring employees don't miss personal events. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
