About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or as required by state law).

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Prepare and cook food items according to Burger King standards and recipes, ensuring quality and food safety.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior premises.
• Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
