About The Position

Spring Creek Barbeque is hiring part-time team members for a family-owned, buffet-style restaurant serving Texas-style barbeque. Team members work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and work together to ensure every guest leaves happy. Employees may be cross-trained in multiple restaurant positions and functions. No experience is necessary. The restaurant works with employees’ schedules so they can earn extra money while participating in school and extracurricular activities. High school student-employees may participate in the High School Academic Grade Bonus Program, which pays an additional $0.15 for each A and $0.10 for each B received, multiplied by the number of hours worked during the school semester.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No visible tattoos.
• No beards.
• No experience is necessary.
• Successful team members are described as having a big smile, high energy, a great attitude, and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to help ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Perform duties in one or more hourly restaurant positions, including cashier, take-out, busser, dishwasher, service line/pantry, or bread/host.
• Stand while working; all positions require being on your feet.
• Cross-train in multiple restaurant positions and functions.
