Arvada - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest’s visit to Harkins delivers the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. This is a seasonal position; start dates vary depending on hiring date. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, though the actual end date may be earlier or later depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for any specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. Harkins provides training for the job. Candidates should be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to provide excellent guest service. The starting rate is $15.40 per hour for Team Members, except those with prior Harkins experience, who may start at up to $15.90 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or with a team.
- Be available during busy times, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
