About The Position
Tower Deli & Grill at Thanksgiving Point serves handcrafted sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and more in a fresh, welcoming environment. We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy staying active and working with others. No extensive food-service experience is required—we provide plenty of hands-on training to help you learn, succeed, and prepare for future growth opportunities. Requirements
- No extensive experience required—we’ll train the right person
- A positive, calm, and kind attitude
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and try new things
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay productive in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Availability for at least three shifts per week; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is especially helpful
- Ability to stand and bend for extended periods, work around heat, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly service
- Learn to prepare sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and other menu items
- Cook and prepare food safely and consistently
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Learn to safely operate grills and other kitchen equipment
- Follow food-safety standards and procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory
- Work collaboratively and support your teammates
- Complete other duties as assigned
