About The Position

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for early-career professionals and recent graduates to join our Leadership Development Program—a one-year rotational experience designed to prepare you for leadership roles within our growing organization. Participants will rotate through multiple departments and locations, gaining hands-on experience across both customer-facing operations and behind-the-scenes processes. This experience is designed to build a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and problem-solving while taking on real responsibility within the organization.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in operations, management, and leadership development
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
