About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for field positions. The company describes its workplace as fast-paced, energetic, inclusive, and team-oriented, with an emphasis on customer service, mutual respect, and doing things the Potbelly Way.

Team Members welcome customers, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, maintain a clean and safe shop, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate the team during shifts, support strong customer experiences, help train and develop Team Members, and assist with daily operations.

Open interviews are being held Thursday, October 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Starbucks, 1198 N. Highway 77, Waxahachie, TX 75165. Walk-ins are welcome. Applicants should bring a positive attitude. The posting does not specify a year for the event date.
