Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for RNs)
- Current State Registered Nurse License (for RNs)
- Current CPR certification (for RNs)
- Strong clinical and communication skills (for RNs)
- Passion for patient-centered care (for RNs)
- Compassionate individuals dedicated to providing excellent patient care (for PCTs)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills (for PCTs)
- Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and comfort (for PCTs)
- Willingness to work in a collaborative rehabilitation environment (for PCTs)

- Additional CRRN/CCRN pay for eligible nurses
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities (for PCTs)
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals (for RNs)
