About The Position

Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. Our mission is to bring the best of Italian cuisine and hospitality to the world, and we’re proud to launch our first-ever Eataly Caffè—a fast-paced, vibrant café experience celebrating Italy’s rich coffee culture. We’re hiring for our new location on the Upper West Side and are looking for passionate individuals who love food, coffee, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities

Crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality.
Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Support day-to-day operations of the caffè while mentoring and guiding the team.
Work closely with managers, lead by example in service and execution, and help ensure each guest leaves with an exceptional experience.
Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
