About The Position
Cura Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 10 PM to 6:30 AM shift. The CNA will provide essential direct patient care and support during nighttime hours, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care. Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Ability to work the night shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work on-site.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to all residents during the night shift.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in patient rooms and common areas.
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as delegated.
- Document care provided and any significant observations according to company policies.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
