Team Member - Meat & Cheese (part-time)
About The Position
People’s Food Co-op is currently seeking a part-time team member in our Meat & Cheese department. Duties include: preparing, and stocking product, slicing and packaging deli meat and assisting customers with product selection, answer calls to take orders, and provide top notch service! The shifts will be Saturday/Sunday/Monday 10am - 6pm. Requirements
- Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.
- Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to engage in bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
