About The Position

People’s Food Co-op is currently seeking a part-time team member for our Meat & Cheese department. This role involves preparing and stocking products, slicing and packaging deli meats, and assisting customers with product selection. The position also includes answering calls to take orders and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
